Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of ice cubes
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of cherry flavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water (tea)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 and 1/2 can of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1 yolk
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries in syrup for garnish
- 1 cup crumbled sighs (to garnish)
Directions
We’ll start by dissolving the gelatine in hot water, then mix it with ice cubes until it’s completely dissolved.
Then pour the mixture evenly into individual bowls and refrigerate for two hours until firm.
Then, over medium heat, mix the condensed milk, the milk with the dissolved cornstarch and the egg yolk.
Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Now remove from the heat and cover with cling film to prevent a skin from forming. Leave to cool.
Immediately after cooling, spread the thickened cream mixture over the finished gelatine in each bowl.
Finally, decorate with cherries and meringue. Chill in the fridge for another two hours before serving.
