3 cartons of heavy cream (each 200 ml, totaling approximately 2.5 cups)
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (each 14 ounces or 396 grams)
Semi-sweet chocolate to taste (optional)

Directions:

Start by placing the condensed milk and cream in a bowl, mix well and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to boil, thicken and release from the bottom of the pan.

Then remove from the heat, transfer to a baking dish, cover with plastic wrap in direct contact with the cream, leave to cool and then refrigerate for about 1 hour.
