- 4 eggs

Directions:
To start, using a blender, add the eggs, coconut milk, milk and butter (or margarine) and blend for about 2 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Then add the wheat flour and sugar, beating well to combine.
Then add the grated coconut, grated cheese and yeast, beating quickly just to mix all the ingredients together.
Then pour the batter into a greased and floured rectangular pan (30 cm x 23 cm).
Finally, place in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) or 180 °C and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve this delicious cake.
