- 2 cups shredded coconut ( 200 grams )
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Directions
First, using a blender, add the eggs, condensed milk and coconut milk.
Then blend well for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Then add the grated coconut and blend for another 1 minute.
Pour this mixture into a buttered square tin (18 cm x 18 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 392 °F or (200 °C) for approximately 40 minutes.
