How to make Coconut Cake

- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of erythritol sweetener
- ⅔ cup (4.4 oz) of plain, unsweetened yogurt
- 1 cup of finely shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Suggestions: If erythritol is not available, you can sweeten this cake with honey or brown sugar. Additionally, you can use freshly grated coconut by grating the fruit yourself.
Directions:
First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, and erythritol. Beat well until everything is evenly mixed.
