- 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder (50%)
- ½ cup whole milk
Preparation:
First, add eggs, milk, oil, sugar to the blender and blend until a light cream is formed. Then, add the sifted flour alternating with the cocoa powder, beating after each addition.
