How to make Chocolate balls

These peanut-butter chocolate bites are low in carbs, packed with nutrients, and unbelievably easy to make. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter for variation/Keto)
  • ¼ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp sweetener of choice (erythritol, monk fruit, or honey for Mediterranean version)
  • Optional: pinch of salt, chopped nuts, or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

Directions:

Combine the ingredients:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla. Stir until the mixture comes together into a thick, sticky dough.

Form the bites:
Use your hands or a small scoop to roll the dough into 12 evenly sized balls.

Add optional coatings:
If you’d like extra flavor or texture, roll the bites in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or top them with a few sugar-free chocolate chips.

Chill to firm up:
Arrange the bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes until they set.

Serve and enjoy:
Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge and grab one whenever you want a quick protein snack.

To freeze:
