How to Make Carrot Cake

Simple, Fluffy and Easy to Make Carrot Cake. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 + ½ cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil

Instructions:

In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix well until combined. Add the milk, oil, and grated carrot to the mixture.

Stir until everything is well blended and homogeneous. Add the flour and baking powder to the wet mixture.

Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 30 minutes.

Finally, remove the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool, remove from the pan, add the chocolate icing (optional) and serve.
