How to make Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf

The cream cheese adds a creamy texture and rich flavor to the bread, while the cranberries provide a touch of acidity and sweetness. This recipe could be a delicious option for those who like sweeter breads with a fruity touch. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 18 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

First preheat the oven to 350º F. Then lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or butter.

Then use a mixer and mix the butter, cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla.

Then, using a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, flour and salt. Then, once combined, slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Then make sure you stir until they are completely combined.

Then gently fold in the cranberries before pouring your mixture
into the prepared baking dish.

Now it’s time to bake! Then put the bread in the oven and bake for around 60 to 70 minutes. Then, to find out if it’s ready, just do a toothpick test in the center and if it comes out clean, you can take it out of the oven. Finally, don’t forget to let it bake for about 15 minutes before serving.
