How to Make Banana Pancakes Without Oats

Simple Banana Pancakes without wheat flour. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 very ripe bananas and peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 eggs

Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat them well, and set aside. Mash the bananas thoroughly until you have a smooth purée.

Add the mashed bananas to the beaten eggs and mix well. Then, add the shredded coconut and stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour portions of the batter onto the skillet. spread the dough well with a spatula.

Cook until the edges start to turn golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Remove from the skillet, decorate as desired, and serve.
