How to make Banana and Oat Cake

Banana and oatcake without wheat flour. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of fine oat flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

Directions:

Start by gathering all the ingredients. Slice the bananas and place them in a blender. Add the oil and eggs, then blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the oat flakes, and mix well. Gently fold in the baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C).

Bake for about 35 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then unmold and serve for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Extra Tip: For a special touch, add cinnamon or chopped nuts to the batter before baking!
