How to Make Rain Cake

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon powder for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 356 °F or (180 °C). In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

Then add the eggs and milk, mixing until the dough is smooth.

Then use two spoons to shape small portions of dough and place them on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Now take them out of the oven and, if you prefer, sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.
