How to make Apple brownie with 5 ingredients

Easy to make with just a few ingredients, it’s a healthy and tasty option, perfect for your diet. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 apples
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (such as Royal)
  • Dark chocolate pieces (optional)

Directions:

First, peel the apples, remove the cores and seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Then, place the apple pieces into a blender or food processor.

Next, add the eggs, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and baking powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and uniform. If you’d like, mix in some dark chocolate pieces for extra flavor.

After that, pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or greased thoroughly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356 ºF (180 ºC) for about 40 minutes. Then, let it cool slightly before serving.
