Meal Prep: Nutella Popsicle
These creamy Nutella popsicles are rich, chocolatey, and incredibly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients—perfect for hot days or a quick frozen dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (8 g / 0.28 oz)
- 2 cups milk (480 ml / 16 fl oz)
- 1 cup Nutella (hazelnut spread) (300 g / 10.6 oz)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the milk, cocoa powder, and Nutella.
Blend for about 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use plastic cups and insert wooden sticks.
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until fully frozen.
Remove from the molds and serve immediately.
Tips:
- For easier removal, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
- Add chocolate chips or crushed cookies before freezing for extra texture.
- For a creamier result, replace part of the milk with heavy cream.
