This quick no-bake lemon dessert is creamy, sweet, and slightly tangy. It’s made with only a few ingredients and served in a rectangular baking dish, making it perfect for sharing at parties, family gatherings, or weekend treats.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (790 g / 28 oz)
- 2 packets powdered lemon drink mix (about 40 g / 1.4 oz total)
- ¼ cup chocolate sprinkles (about 40 g / 1.4 oz)
For Decoration (Optional)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (150 g / 5.3 oz)
- Extra chocolate sprinkles (2 tablespoons / 20 g / 0.7 oz)
- Lemon zest (1 teaspoon)
- Whipped cream for piping (optional)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and the powdered lemon drink mix.
Stir very well for about 1 minute until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the chocolate sprinkles and mix gently.
Transfer the cream to a rectangular serving dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until the dessert is firm and chilled.
Decoration Ideas:
- Arrange sliced strawberries across the top for a fresh and colorful finish.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate sprinkles or lemon zest over the surface.
- Add small whipped cream swirls around the edges of the dish.
- You can also place strawberry halves in rows to create a beautiful presentation.
Preparation Tips:
- For a stronger citrus flavor, add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice to the mixture.
- Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours for the best texture.
