This easy blender chocolate cake recipe is perfect for busy days when you want a quick homemade dessert.The batter blends in minutes, making the process simple and mess-free.The result is a soft, moist chocolate cake with rich bakery-style flavor.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate powder (or cocoa drink mix)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Chocolate frosting (optional)
Instructions:
Add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and chocolate powder to a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the flour and blend again until fully incorporated.
Add the baking powder and gently mix with a spoon or spatula (do not blend).
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes.
Insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Allow it to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
Quick Chocolate Frosting (Optional)
In a saucepan mix:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
Cook over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Pour over the warm cake.
