Ingredients
- 1½ cups warm milk (about 355 ml / 12 fl oz)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3½ cups all-purpose flour (no self-rising)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small packet active dry yeast (about 10 g / 0.35 oz)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add the warm milk and the yeast, mixing well until dissolved. Add the sugar, oil, eggs, and salt, stirring again until combined.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden on top.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then unmold and serve.
