How to Make Easy Bread

Easy Bread with 3-Ingredient Stuffing. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of oil
  • 5 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 2 cups of warm milk
  • ¼ cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk for brushing
  • 2 packets of fresh yeast (bread yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Filling:

  • Slices of mozzarella cheese and ham (to taste)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Instructions:

Start by adding the yeast, sugar, warm milk, oil, egg, and salt to a bowl. Mix well until the ingredients are combined. Gradually add the flour, mixing well and kneading until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.

Next, divide the dough into two equal portions, place them on a floured surface, and roll out each portion with a rolling pin. Add your desired filling of mozzarella cheese, ham, and tomato slices.

Fold the edges of the dough inward to keep the filling from spilling out. Then, roll the dough into a log shape, similar to a jelly roll, and place it in a greased and floured baking pan.

Cover with a cloth, let the dough rest for half an hour, and then brush the top with beaten egg yolk.

Finally, bake in a preheated medium oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
