How to make Cookies with 3 Ingredients

With just 3 ingredients, make simple and irresistible coconut cookies — perfect for any skill level in the kitchen. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • About 1 cup of shredded coconut (200 g)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (100 g)

Directions:

First, set your oven to the lowest temperature. This step ensures the cookies bake evenly and develop the perfect golden color.

Next, in a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sugar, and eggs. Mix thoroughly with a fork until the mixture becomes uniform. Then, use your hands to knead the mixture for about one minute, making sure all ingredients are well incorporated.

After that, with the dough ready, start shaping your cookies. You can scoop out portions with a spoon or gently roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter. It’s important that all pieces are the same size so they bake evenly.

Now, prepare a glass baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with oil. This prevents the cookies from sticking during baking.

Then, place the dough portions onto the prepared dish, leaving space between each one. Bake in the preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for about 10 minutes. The exact time may vary depending on the thickness of the cookies. Flip them once halfway through if necessary to ensure even browning.

Afterwards, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely at room temperature. This makes them easier to handle and ready for decoration.

Lastly, if you’d like, decorate as desired. For a healthier version, you can substitute sugar with a sweetener, following the conversion guide on the product label. You can also enhance the dough with chocolate chips or dip the finished cookies in melted chocolate for a special touch.
