How to make Green Corn Cake

- 100 grams (3.5 oz) shredded coconut
- 400 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 7 eggs
- 2 cans of corn kernels, drained (approx. 340 grams / 12 oz)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp margarine or butter
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into a baking pan of your choice, greased and lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the mixture for about 60 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.
