Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (about 4 oz / 115 g)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork until smooth and lump-free. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add them to the banana puree. Stir until the batter is fully combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter. Pour small portions of the batter into the skillet (about 2 tablespoons per pancake).

Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side, or until the edges are set and small bubbles appear on the surface before flipping.

💡 Tip: Use a thin spatula to flip the pancakes gently to avoid breaking them.

Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as honey, fresh berries, yogurt, or peanut butter.
