How to make Creamy Corn Cake
This creamy corn cake is a great choice to enjoy with coffee or serve at any time. The recipe is easy to make and uses everyday ingredients you likely already have at home. Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of sugar (200 g)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz or ~395 g)
- ¾ cup of coconut milk (6.8 fl oz or 200 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 can of corn with its liquid (about 15 oz or 425 g)
- ¼ cup of oil (½ can = about 120 ml or 4 fl oz)
- 10 tablespoons of cornmeal (Milharina) (about 100 g)
Directions:
First, place all the ingredients into a blender. Then, blend well until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
Next, pour the batter into a greased glass baking dish.
After that, place it in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C).
Soon after, bake for about 40 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top. Afterwards, carefully remove it from the oven.
Finally, serve warm to your family and friends.
