- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of oats (4.6 ounces) – (130 g)
- 2 carrots (10.6 ounces) – (300 g)
- 2 apples (11.3 ounces) – (320 g)

- 1 cup of plain yogurt (8.5 ounces) – (250 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (1.75 ounces) – (50 g)
Directions:
First, in a large bowl, combine the oats with the yogurt and leave to stand for about 5 minutes.
Then add the eggs and honey (or syrup) to the mixture and stir well until smooth. Now finely grate the carrots and add them to the mixture.
Next, peel and grate the apples, mixing them into the bowl. Now transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
Sprinkle walnuts on top for a crunchy texture.
Finally, place in a preheated oven at 356 °F-180 °C and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
