Ingredients:

1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
100 grams of shredded coconut (approximately 1 cup)
1 can of heavy cream with whey (approximately 14 ounces)
1 can of milk (use the cream can as a measure, approximately 14 ounces)
1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml, approximately 6.8 ounces)

Directions:

First, beat all the ingredients in a blender, except the unflavored gelatin. Now set the mixture aside.

Then heat the gelatine in a bain-marie until it is completely dissolved.

Then add the dissolved gelatine to the blender and blend again until well incorporated.
