How to Make Homemade Mixed Berry Ice Cream

- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, or others)
- 500 ml (16.9 oz) of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of fresh heavy cream
Preparation:
In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar, mix well, and then heat over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved, then remove from heat.
Add the mixed berries to the milk mixture and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, blend the mixture until smooth.
