- 17.6 ounces (500 grams) of raw, unsalted peanuts with skin
- ½ cup (4 ounces) of sugar

Preparation:
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the peanuts on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until they are nicely toasted. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Once the peanuts are cool enough to handle, remove the skins. This can be done by rubbing them between your hands or using a clean kitchen towel.
