How to Make Avocado Pudding

- 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk (395 grams)
- 7 ounces of heavy cream (200 grams)
- 18 ounces of ripe avocado (500 grams)
- 1 lemon for the juice
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
Preparation Method:
Organize all the listed ingredients. Prepare the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions and set aside.Place the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture (about 2 to 3 minutes). Add the prepared unflavored gelatin to the blender.
Blend for an additional 60 seconds or until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a greased mold. Place it in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours (or until firm).
