- 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks

Then, when the oil is ready, add the potatoes cut into sticks. Then close the pot and wait until the valve starts to make a noise.
Then, when it reaches pressure, cook the potatoes for about 5 minutes.
Then turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Now carefully open the pot and check that the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Finish by removing the potatoes and placing them on a platter lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
