- 250 grams of butter (you can use margarine)
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation:
First, place all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well until you obtain a crumbly dough. Then, divide the dough into 2 equal portions and line the mini pie molds (bottom and sides).
