How to Make Easy Oat Bread

- 1 cup of milk (can be cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk)
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
Preparation:
Start by adding the rolled oats to a blender, select the “pulse” option, and blend until you get a fine flour. Then, add the remaining ingredients and blend well until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
