How to Make 70% Chocolate Flan

- 200 ml of milk
- 395 grams of sweetened condensed milk (1 can/box)
- 200 grams of cream (1 small carton)
- 1 small sachet (12 grams) of colorless gelatin
- 10 tablespoons of cocoa powder (from 70% cocoa)
Preparation:
Start by adding the milk to a microwave-safe container and heat for about 60 seconds. Then, transfer to a blender, add the cocoa powder, and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Now, add the condensed milk, the cream, and blend after each addition. Then, hydrate the gelatin following the instructions on the package and add it to the blender.
Finally, mix well, pour into greased pan, refrigerate for about 12 hours, and it’s ready to serve.
