Then move to a round, removable-bottomed pan and line the entire bottom, pressing down well.
Then place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Now set aside.
Using a mixer, add the cream cheese, cream and condensed milk and beat until smooth.
Then hydrate the gelatine with water and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Then, with the mixer running, add the hydrated gelatine and beat until combined.
Then pour the filling over the pre-cooked base and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Finally, in a saucepan, add the water, sugar and strawberries and stir constantly until it reduces well, thickens and forms a syrup. Afterward, take the mixture off the heat and allow it to cool.
Finally, unmold the cheesecake, pour the syrup on top and decorate with strawberries. Serve afterwards.
