- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- Half a cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 2 slices of cheese for the filling
Instructions:
Start by gathering all the ingredients. Place the cornmeal in a bowl and add water and salt. Mix the ingredients well and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
