Ingredients:
- 400 grams of margarine
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 200 ml of water
- 1 kilogram of all-purpose flour (no baking powder)
- 1 tablespoon of salt and another of sugar
Filling:
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 100 grams of olives (chopped)
- Mozzarella cheese (chopped)
- Oregano (to taste)
- 200 grams of ham (chopped)
Preparation:
Start by placing the flour, salt, sugar, margarine, and sour cream in a bowl. Mix with your hands. Then, add water gradually and mix until you have a smooth, homogeneous dough.
Next, divide the dough into 2 parts, roll it out on a flat surface, and cut it into disk shapes.
