A wonderfully creamy dessert, it requires just a few ingredients, yields generously, and doesn’t even require an oven. Remember, we’ll start by listing all the ingredients, so begin by gathering all the necessary items and then follow the comprehensive preparation steps.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 1 small carton of heavy cream
- 400 ml of milk
- 1 can/carton of sweetened condensed milk
- 100 grams of grated coconut
- 1 bottle of coconut milk
- 150 grams of milk chocolate shavings
Preparation:
Start by gathering the listed ingredients, then use a container to hydrate the gelatin in water. Afterward, dissolve it completely following the package instructions.
Next, use a blender to combine the heavy cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and grated coconut. Blend until you achieve a very homogeneous mixture.
Then, add the dissolved gelatin, blend again to incorporate it. Sprinkle the bottom of the dish with milk chocolate shavings, then grease the dish and pour in the cream mixture.
Afterward, sprinkle more milk chocolate shavings on top, refrigerate for about 3 hours (or until it sets).
To finish, remove it from the fridge, transfer it to a serving dish, and if desired, sprinkle more chocolate on top. It’s ready to be served.
