- 2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅓ C. Chopped green onions for garnish
- 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices of thick-cut bacon
Directions
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then cut each chicken breast in half lengthways.
Then, with salt and pepper to taste, we’ll season both sides of the chicken and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Then, while the chicken is cooking, we’ll partially cook the bacon until all the fat has melted but it’s not yet crispy.

Then put the chicken back in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes.
Finally, take it out of the oven, put some grated cheese on top and put it back in the oven, now for about 5 minutes.
