How to make Brownies
Super creamy brownies for lunchboxes, everyone here at home loves this recipe. Let’s get to the step by step. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.
Ingredients
BROWNIES:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
FROSTING:
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 Tablespoons milk
Directions
First, preheat oven to 350˚F. Now using a 9″x9” baking pan, line it with aluminum foil, making sure the foil extends over the edges.
Then, using a bowl, beat the sugar and butter into the dough until the mixture is a lighter color and texture, now add the eggs and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
Then gradually add the flour and cocoa powder, mixing until the color is evenly distributed. Then pour the batter onto the tray and place in the oven for about 20–25 minutes. To check the doneness, insert a knife into the center – it should come out almost dry with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overcooking for the best texture.
Then, while the brownies are cooling, prepare the icing. We’ll mix the butter, cocoa powder, milk and icing sugar in a medium bowl, whisking until smooth, adding milk one tablespoon at a time. If it’s too liquid, add powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
Finally, spread the icing over the warm brownies, allowing some of it to melt into them. Then, when the brownies have cooled down a bit more, cut them into squares. You can use aluminum foil to help lift the brownies out of the pan.
