How to make 4-ingredient dessert

This recipe will not only satisfy your craving for something sweet and creamy but will also impress your guests with its simplicity and delightful flavor. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium eggs: The base of our recipe, providing structure and creaminess.
  • 4 heaping tablespoons of sugar (about 1/4 cup): To sweeten and help achieve the right texture.
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk (approximately 10 fl oz): To give the mixture the perfect consistency.
  • 7 oz of cream cheese (about 1 cup): To add creaminess and flavor.

Directions:

First, preheat the oven to 392 °F (200 °C) with top and bottom heat to ensure it’s ready for baking your dessert.

Next, in a large bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture until it doubles in volume, which should take about a minute. This step is essential for achieving the desired light texture.

Then, incorporate the cream cheese into the egg and sugar mixture, mixing well until fully combined. After that, gradually add the milk while continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Afterward, prepare the baking dish. Use a 20 x 20 cm glass dish and line it with parchment paper. This will make both unmolding and cleaning much easier.

Following this, pour the mixture into the dish, straining it through a sieve to remove any lumps. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes, or until it is firm and golden.

Finally, remove it from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for around 20 minutes. Then, transfer it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
