How to make 3-ingredient yogurt cake

Light and tasty yogurt cake — a simple recipe that delivers surprising flavor. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ⅔ cups of plain yogurt (unsweetened) (400 g)
  • ⅓ cup of cornstarch (40 g)

Directions:

First, place the yogurt in a mixing bowl.
Next, add the eggs and whisk well using a wire whisk until the texture is smooth and consistent.
Then, gradually add the cornstarch, mixing gently until fully combined with the rest of the ingredients.

After that, prepare a glass baking dish (round, 6 inches in diameter): sprinkle a few drops of water on the bottom and line it with parchment paper.
Now, pour the mixture into the lined dish.

Lastly, bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until the cake is set and lightly golden.
Finally, let the cake cool completely before removing it from the dish. Then it’s ready to serve!

Tips to Customize Your Cake:
Extra flavor: Add lemon zest or a splash of vanilla extract for a delightful aroma.

Substitutes: If you’re out of cornstarch, you can use all-purpose flour, almond flour, or coconut flour in the same quantity.

Sweetening: If you’re using plain, unsweetened yogurt, feel free to sweeten with 3 tablespoons of honey, agave syrup, or stevia.

Creative twists: Mix in fresh fruits like strawberries or bananas, or even chocolate chips and chopped nuts for a new flavor experience.
