How to make 3-ingredient sticks with filling

Ingredients

1 packet of puff pastry
Filling of your choice (cheese, ham, dried tomatoes, etc.)
1 egg (to brush on)

Directions

Let’s start by preheating the oven to 356 °F or 180 °C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Then roll out the puff pastry on a surface lightly dusted with flour and cut it into thin strips.

Then place a small portion of your chosen filling at one end of each strip of pastry.

We’ll then roll the dough around the filling, forming sticks, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Now beat an egg in a bowl and use it to brush the sticks.

Finally, bake in the oven for approximately 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
