- 200 g unsalted butter, at room temperature (about 7 oz / ¾ cup)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 395 g (about 14 oz / 1 ¼ cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (about 5 ml / 0.17 fl oz)
Directions:
First, start by placing the butter in the mixer.
Then, beat it until it becomes very creamy and lighter in color.
Next, add the vanilla extract and beat again for a few seconds.
After that, slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk in a thin stream, keeping the mixer on low speed.
Right after, keep mixing until the frosting is firm, smooth, and homogeneous.
Variation suggestions:
