How to make 3-Ingredient Frosting

With just 3 simple ingredients, we’ll make a delicious frosting to make your dessert even more delicious. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g unsalted butter, at room temperature (about 7 oz / ¾ cup)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 395 g (about 14 oz / 1 ¼ cups)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (about 5 ml / 0.17 fl oz)

Directions:

First, start by placing the butter in the mixer.

Then, beat it until it becomes very creamy and lighter in color.

Next, add the vanilla extract and beat again for a few seconds.

After that, slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk in a thin stream, keeping the mixer on low speed.

Right after, keep mixing until the frosting is firm, smooth, and homogeneous.

Variation suggestions:

Chocolate version: replace the vanilla with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Colored version: add a few drops of food coloring in the color of your choice.

Firmer texture: mix in 2 tablespoons of powdered milk.

Note:

This frosting turns out shiny, smooth, and well-structured, making it perfect for decorating cakes, pies, and cupcakes.
Store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
