Ingredients
- 100 ml cold water
- 400 ml boiling water
- 2 sachets of cherry-flavored gelatin (or any flavor you like)
- 1 cup (300ml) nest milk (or powdered milk of your choice)
Note: For this recipe, we suggest cherry flavor, but you can try other flavors that you like better.
Directions
First, using a blender, combine the hot water with the cherry gelatine until it dissolves completely, being careful with the temperature.
Then add the dried milk and cold water, whisking after each addition to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
Now pour the mixture into an oiled pudding dish and refrigerate for about 3 hours to set.
Finally, after the chilling period, unmold and garnish the pudding with an additional touch of powdered milk, if desired.
In just a few hours, you’ll have a dessert that will impress with its taste and simplicity.
