1 bar of 50% cocoa dark chocolate (200 grams)
Pulp of 1 ripe avocado

Instructions:

Start by separating the ingredients. Then, place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in intervals of 30 seconds. If you prefer, you can melt it using a double boiler. Once melted, set it aside.

Next, place the avocado pulp in a blender, add the melted chocolate, and blend well until thoroughly mixed.

Now, transfer the mixture into a glass dish, individual cups, or jars, and optionally, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.

Finally, refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours or until it sets, then it’s ready to be served.
