How to make Apple Oat Pancakes

Apple and Oat Pancakes Recipe. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple (grated)
  • 150 g plain yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g flour (wheat or oat) (3.5 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor

Directions:

Grate the apple and place it in a large bowl.

Add the plain yogurt and egg. Mix well until everything is well combined.

Sift in the flour along with the baking powder. Gently mix until you have a thick, smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Optionally, lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Spoon portions of the batter into the skillet, forming small round pancakes.

Cook each pancake for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm with honey, fresh fruits, extra yogurt, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
