How to make Easy Homemade Ganache
. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.
Ingredients:
- 2 chocolate bars (200g / 7 oz each) — milk chocolate or semi-sweet (your choice)
- 200ml (6.8 fl oz) coconut milk
Directions:
Start by chopping the chocolate bars into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, pour in the coconut milk and heat it over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately pour the hot coconut milk over the chopped chocolate.
Stir well until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Let the ganache cool at room temperature (or refrigerate for a quicker set).
Once cooled, it’s ready to use as a filling or topping for cakes, pies, cupcakes, or any dessert you like!
Tip: For a firmer texture, refrigerate before using. If you prefer a softer, pourable ganache, use it while slightly warm.
