Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered milk (120g | 4.2 oz)
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar (150g | 5.3 oz)
Directions:
Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Add the egg yolks, sugar, and powdered milk to the whipped egg whites. Mix well until the batter is smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, remove from the pan, and serve. Perfect for breakfast, coffee time, or an afternoon snack!
