How to Make Lemon Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 14 oz (400 g) heavy cream
  • 14 oz (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 packet (about 0.25 oz / 7 g) unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz / 120 ml) lemon juice
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions:

Start by fully dissolving the unflavored gelatin in hot water.

In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice.

Add the dissolved gelatin and blend for about 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.

Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set. Remove from the fridge, garnish if desired, and serve.
