How to make Green Corn Cake

Easy and quick cake recipe. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) shredded coconut
  • 400 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 cans of corn kernels, drained (approx. 340 grams / 12 oz)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into a baking pan of your choice, greased and lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the mixture for about 60 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Finally, serve as a delicious breakfast or afternoon snack.
