How to Make Easy Orange Cake

Orange cake for breakfast or afternoon snack. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 + ½ cups all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and sugar, then beat well until the ingredients are fully combined.

Next, add the oil, orange juice, and orange zest. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Gradually add the flour, stirring continuously until the batter is smooth.

Add the baking powder and gently mix it into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 390°F) and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm.

Finally, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then remove from the pan to serve.
