- 395 grams (13.9 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 400 grams (14.1 oz) heavy cream
- 100 grams (3.5 oz) shredded coconut
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and 50 grams (1.75 oz) of the shredded coconut.
Heat over medium, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a glass dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded coconut over the top.
Place in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes, or until well set, then serve.
